Overall Description: T'vant is almost on the average size for a man of his age standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall; his face is square-shaped with a strong jaw-line and high-cheekbones, however some would say he has a baby-face as he looks younger than he is in the face; he has round-shaped eyes that are pale blue in coloration, his eyebrows are slighty arching. His nose is rather small for the size of his face and his lips are medium sized and full. He keeps himself fit by exercising daily and working with Vorith.


He has short brown hair that he keeps cropped neatly to his head, but it can be very messy when he wakes up or when he removes his ridng helmet. His skin is rather on the darker tan side; his riding clothing and his regular clothing is always Healer Green in coloration.

Overall Description: Travant is a very friendly young man, he is quite creative and artistic loving to draw; however it very much aggravates him when women try hitting on him as he has no interest in women except for friends. He is fiecerly protective over those who he cares about and will protect anyone and everyone, and does everything he can when he see's someone hurting another person or an animla, to stop them. When he can since he impressed Vorith he can be found helping in the Healer Wing or swimming or one of his favorite past times checking out men, but he has always kept his heart to Servat even when he was taken away from him to go to High Reaches Weyr.

Background: Travant was born an only child of a pair of Healers assigned to the Harper Hall in the early autumn, 2 turns before Veronica and Servat were born. He grew up learning from the Harpers and from the Healers, but when he reached 10 turns old he made up his mind to follow his parents footsteps and became an Apprentice, which disappointed many of the Harpers as he had a fantastic singing voice and was adept at creating musical instruments, but he was having none of music he was more interested in healing people.

He had heard of the disappearances of children including the young Harpers Akadeanna and Skylar from the Hall itself. He continued his training, but then on the night of his 15th naming-day (birthday) he was leaving the infimrary wing heading for his room after finishing late night lessons, he was grabbed by a Dou and his rider who were getting candidates for a clutch that was on the sands of High Reaches Weyr.

Travant soon found himself thrust into the life at High Reaches Weyr, when he wasn't in lessons he was in the Infirmary Wing as his chores. It was a week after he arrived that the clutch was hatching and he was ushered right from the Infirmary Wing and onto the Hatching Sands, he stood among the Candidates nervously waiting for the eggs to hatch. As the eggs hatched he thought he would be left standing especially when the last egg hatched a small Kin Dragonet, but he waited wondering who she would impress, Vorith took her time looking for her rider among the remaining candidates and then to Travant's delight she stopped at his feet and chose him as her rider, it didn't bother him that Vorith was a female Dragon, his name then became T'vant as he liked that shortened form the best.

Weyrling Training was tough for him, but he worked hard and tried to work harder than the other Weyrlings because many looked down upon him because he was a male and a female dragon had chosen him as her rider. He watched as 3 Weyrling's were lost during their first trips between so it made him focus harder on learning the recognization points so he wouldn't make it number 4 of lost between during the lessons. Even though he was nervous Vorith and him made it through between testing fine.

He graduated from the Training better then he expected he would, and when Vorith was 2 turns old she rose for her maiden flight and she was caught by a Dou, T'vant didn't remain close to the Dou's rider and it was fine the two remained friends, but by then he had learned that Servat and Veronica had been taken to Sabishi Weyr and he asked for transfer to Sabishi, however he walked the tables becoming a Journeyman Healer just before his transfer papers were accepted.
