Suggestion: Infertility/Guaranteed No Clutch?

Exactly what it says on the tin: either a mutation that makes a female unable to clutch, a shop item that allows a person to guarantee that an otherwise fertile female will not clutch this time, or both.
It probably wouldn't be the most popular mutation/shop item (and probably shouldn't be massively expensive), given how many people love clutching females, but it probably would be a good idea, for at least two reasons:
1. Some people hate running dragon clutches. I, personally, am not one of them, but I have run into people on other sites who do.
2. Every female color on the site is capable of clutching. True, most of them only clutch sometimes, but I could easily see someone wanting to have a flight but being too busy to host an actual clutch due to RL issues... or someone could have already had one of their dragons clutch recently and not want to risk having to do it again so soon.
