Since you seem interested in having every sectioned into what their character is, it might be a good idea to make everyone have one account per character, that way you can label each character correctly.

Instead of having a Dragonrider that has a Rider, Wherhandler, Candidate, and Weyrfolk.

on Proboards it is too annoying to have to switch accounts, and there is no sub-account system that I can find. So the way my coloring works is the highest ranking character is what color they are. Mostly the coloring is just for my benefit, cuz i find everyone being the same color kinda boring. What I'll probably end up doing is just making an item that allows a person to pick their own color.
